I’ll bet most of you reading this are probably sick to the back teeth of being told to live a healthier lifestyle; that certain things are good for us and others are bad. But don’t forget that often these things are said for a reason. It may be said hundreds of times over and over but it’s not without its purpose.
Living healthy isn’t really much of a chore either. There are the usual tidbits that most of us, I would imagine, are already familiar with, such as getting thirty minutes of exercise per day, drinking plenty of fluid, cutting down on unhealthy food additives such as salt, sugar, fat etc. But it doesn’t necessarily have to be a strict exercise regimen followed by nothing but fruit.
